Dr. Prakash is very kind and takes her time to listen. I felt comfortable during my visit, and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks to her and her wonderfull staff, I finally got a clear diagnosis and a treatment that’s working. I really appreciate how she followed up and made sure I was doing better. The nurses here are so nice and welcoming. The office is very clean. However, Dr. Prakash lacks bed side manners, listening and communication skills. She very poorly listened to my concerns and medical history. She glosses over my concerns and pain. She talks in a way that is condensing. The doctor does not conduct thorough exams. She does not throughly talk about your diagnosis or treatment. I felt confused and upset after every appointment. I don’t recommend her as a rheumatologist, let alone a doctor.

I had my first appointment at Rheumatology Care Associates, and I was so impressed with the professionalism and friendly staff. Miguel was wonderful—extremely informative and attentive.
