Priya Prakash(MD,FACR)
Dr. Prakash trained in India and completed her Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York. Her background includes academic and clinical leadership as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where she honed her skills in cutting-edge therapies and innovative treatment protocols.
Now based in Florida, Dr. Prakash brings her deep clinical knowledge and heartfelt dedication to treating a wide range of conditions, including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Gout, Interstitial Lung Disease, and ANCA Vasculitis. She believes in forming lasting relationships with patients, empowering them through education and shared decision-making.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Prakash treasures time with her family and enjoys exploring new travel destinations. Her patients consistently value not only her clinical excellence, but also her empathy, integrity, and unwavering focus on restoring quality of life.
